ORDER

Rule.

Mr. Devang Vyas, learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the
opponent State.

Having
regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is
taken up for hearing today.

This
is an application for extension of temporary bail granted by this
Court vide order dated 3.5.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. Application
No. 4454 of 2010 for a period commencing from 4th May, 2010 till 7th
May, 2010. Considering the averments made in the application, more
particularly in para-3 of the application, it has been stated that
marriage ceremony was held on 5.5.2010, however, Viday ceremony is
not fulfilled and the same is to be held on 8.5.2010 and therefore,
temporary bail as prayed for be extended for a period of three days.

Considering
the averments made in the application and the submissions made at
bar, no case is made out for extension of temporary bail. The
application is, therefore, rejected. Rule is discharged.
