Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
This is correction application no. 21200 of 2010. After perusing the
record the order dated 13.1.2010 is corrected by adding the word, ”if
possible, on the same day”, after the word ‘expeditiously’. The prayer for
granting some more time to appear is refused.
Accordingly this application is allowed.
