ORDER
1. Mr. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petition can be disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner’s representation for change of place of posting.
2. It is, therefore, directed that the respondent No. 1, District Primary Education Officer shall consider the request of the petitioner sympathetically in accordance with laws as early as possible, but not later than 30-6-2000 and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
3. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs. Direct service is permitted.
4. Order accordingly.
