Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Bhasin for the
State.

We do not find any reason as to why the application for issuance of domicile
certificate filed by the petitioner before the authority concerned, would not be
considered and decided.

We dispose of this petition finally with the direction that pending application
of the petitioner for issuance of domicile certificate shall be considered and
decided by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, expeditiously say
within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of the
certified copy of this order.

Subject to aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of finally.
