13 24-09-2010 Today learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN

has handed over three cheques to learned counsel for the

petitioner. Two cheques in total amounting to Rs.

2,44,106/- is towards arrears of salary on account of

revised pay scale along with interest, after deducting

TDS of Rs. 22,530/-. The 3rd cheque of Rs. 37,031/- is

for difference in gratuity along with 6% interest. Learned

counsel for the BISCOMAUN has also handed over a

calculation chart to learned counsel for the petitioner

who wants to verify the same. For that purpose the

matter is passed over today.
