                                 JUDGMENT

This writ petition was filed seeking for a direction to the respondents

to permit the petitioner to participate in the English Recitation Competition

in Kerala School Kalolsavam 2007-2008, to be held at Kollam from 10th

January to 14th January.

2. No interim orders have been granted to allow the petitioner to

participate in the said competition. By efflux of time the matter has become

infructuous and hence it is dismissed leaving open the remedy of the

petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if any other grievances are

there. No costs.
