When
the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that the learned
advocate for the petitioners has filed leave note.

In
view of the fact that petition is pending for final hearing since
2005, as a last chance, the petition is adjourned to tomorrow with a
clarification that if the learned advocate is not present or if the
petitioner does not make any alternative arrangement, the petition
will be heard on merits and appropriate order may be passed including
