                              J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court praying for deferring

the proceedings against the petitioner till Ext.P1 appeal is

disposed of. It is seen from the counter affidavit that the appeal

itself was disposed of as per Ext.R1(b). Therefore, without

prejudice to the liberty to the petitioner to pursue the grievance

against Ext.R1(b) in accordance with law, this writ petition is

dismissed.
