10/ 13.07.2010 As prayed for by AAG III, put up this case on 20th July,

2010 maintaining its position so as to enable him to inform this court

that the posts in the appropriate scale in compliance of the Cabinet

decision taken on 05th May, 2010 and the Resolution of the

Government dated 17.05.2010 Annexure A to the supplementary

affidavit filed today has been identified and the petitioners shall be

absorbed against those posts with effect from 02.09.2008.
