Heard
learned advocate Mr.B.H.Solanki for the petitioner. He states that
the petitioner in this petition is similarly situated to that of
petitioner in Special Civil Application No.112/2011.

RULE.

To be heard with Special Civil Application No.112/2011 and other
allied matters. Notice as to interim relief returnable on 14th
February 2011. In the mean time, ad-interim relief in terms of
paragraph 17(C) on condition that the petitioner shall go on
depositing the licence fee with the State Transport Corporation and
if the Corporation refuses to accept, the same be sent by Money
Order.
