J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is a student of the 4th year B.Sc Nursing
degree course. He appeared for the 3rd year examination in
December 2007. Dissatisfied with the result for the subject
Advanced Medical Surgical Nursing, the petitioner submitted
Ext.P2 application for revaluation of the answer paper. The
petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to complete the
revaluation process expeditiously. The learned Standing
Counsel for the University submits that, the University would
require at least two more months’ time to complete the
revaluation process.
Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition
with a direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation
process and publish the results thereof, as expeditiously as
possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt
of a copy of this judgment provided the application submitted
by the petitioner is in order in all respects.
