Shahjahanpur in Crl. Misc. Case No. 114/2010 ( Anchal Kumar Vs. State) and
order dated 8.3.2010 passed by A.J.M.-I, Shahjahanpur in Misc. Case No.
49/2010 (New No. 726/2010) (Anchal Kumar Vs. Gulab Singh and others),
under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

Both the orders do not suffer from any error of law.

This Crl. Misc. Application stands dismissed.
