                                    JUDGMENT

Petitioner has not produced evidence regarding payment of

Rs.5,000/- in compliance with the order dated 18.8.2006 and for

deposit of Rs.10,000/- in compliance with order dated 13.2.2007.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition be

disposed of and that he will make payment of the entire balance

amount before the execution court. The submission is recorded

and this writ petition is dismissed.
