                             J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, while working as Junior Public Health Nurse

Grade I in the Primary Health Centre, Kodikulam, Idukki District,

was promoted as Lady Health Inspector (Public Health Nurse) and

posted at Primary Health Centre, Vanimel, Kozhikode District. The

petitioner belongs to Thodupuzha and she has contracted an inter-

caste marriage. Her husband is a serving B.S.F. Jawan and is now

working in a sensitive area in the Indo-Pakistan border. She has got

two daughters. According to the petitioner, there are vacancies in

Idukki to which the petitioner can be accommodated. Seeking that

relief, the petitioner has filed Exts.P4 and P5 applications before the

respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to

consider and pass orders on Exts.P4 and P5 expeditiously.

2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ

petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass

orders on Exts.P4 and P5, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,

within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
