                                      JUDGMENT

Petitioner challenges Exts.P5 and P6 and seeks a direction to

accept Ext.P7 objection and to release the goods as also the vehicle.

2. I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the

learned Government Pleader. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the petitioner is prepared to furnish Bank Guarantee for the amount

demanded in Exts.P5 and P6 and the goods and the vehicle may be released

to the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader does not seriously oppose

the same.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to

release the goods covered by Ext.P5 on the petitioner furnishing Bank

Guarantee for the amount demanded in Ext.P5. There will also be a

direction to release the vehicle detained on the basis of Ext.P6 on furnishing

Bank Guarantee for the amount in Ext.P6. Adjudication proceedings

pursuant to Exts.P5 and P6 shall be completed at the earliest at any rate

within three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
