Kumar Sangya, appellant is personally present before the Court, and he is
identified by his counsel, Sri Kaushlesh Tripathi.
Further, Smt. Pragati Sangya, respondent is also present personally before
the Court and she is identified by her counsel, Sri Mahesh Kumar Tripathi.
Learned counsel for the parties pray that the case may be directed to be

reconciliation, in the mean time.
