2. 16.12.2010. Heard Shri Jitendra Kumar Pandey,

learned counsel for the petitioner as well as

learned counsel appearing on behalf of

respondents/Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur

University.

The petitioner, who retired with

effect form 31st July,2008 as Senior Lecturer

from K.K.M. College, Jamui, Tilka Manjhi

Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, has prayed

for following reliefs :

(a) To direct the authority to

provide pay protection and

to remove anomaly in pay

fixation.

(b) Arrear of salary difference

to be paid with interest

w.e.f. 1982 to the date of

retirement.

(c) Installment of D.D.A.

(Deferred D.A.) w.e.f. April

1981 to December,1989 which

were held up to be paid with

interest.

(d) Payment of D.A. in P.F. and

36 months undeposited P.F.

to be paid as per Govt. Rule

applicable to G.P.F. (with

interest).

        (e)   Earned             Leave         to          be

              calculated            as     per       Bihar

              Govt.         Rule         and     payment

should be made accordingly.

(f) Arrear of pension to be

paid.

(g) Leave encashment.

(h) Earn Leave (Roaster Duty 122

days).

With the consent of the parties, the

writ petition is being disposed of with

liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed

representation before the respondent no.4

i.e. Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalkpur

University, Bhagalpur within a period of six

weeks from today. If such representation is

filed, the respondent no.4 is directed to

examine the same and pass necessary order for

redressal of all the grievances of the

petitioner within a period of three months

form the date of filing of such

representation. In case of refusal, the

respondent no.4 is required to pass a

speaking order within aforesaid time.

With above observation and direction,

the petition stands disposed of.
