Petitioner’s application for grant of Arms Licence is pending
since July, 2008 along with reports of Subordinate Officer
before the District Magistrate, Lucknow.
Keeping in view of the aforesaid facts, I hereby dispose of the
writ petition finally with the direction to the opposite party
no. 1 i.e. the District Magistrate, Lucknow to dispose of the
petitioner’s application expeditiously within 6 months from
the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
