The sole relief claimed for by the petitioner who had appeared at
the B.A. Part III Examination from Gopi Nath Degree College,
Devlli, Ghazipur which is affiliated to the Veer Bahadur Singh
Poorvanchal University, Jaunpur is for a direction upon the
respondents to provide the mark sheet and the certificate to the
petitioner.
Sri Anil Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-
University states that the mark sheet and the certificate have been
sent to the College from where the petitioner can collect the same.
In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the
respondent-University, the writ petition is allowed. Let a corrected
mark sheet and the certificate be issued by the College to the
petitioner.
