Kurian Joseph, Ag.C.J.
Petitioner approached this court alleging harassment
by the police. Learned Government Pleader on instruction
submits that the police only conducted appropriate enquiry in
respect of a complaint received from one Vineetha, with whom
the petitioner was in love for quite some time. It is also
submitted that the police has no intention to harass the
petitioner. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is
dismissed without prejudice to the liberty to the petitioner to
approach the Magistrate of competent jurisdiction, in case he has
any grievance.
