Sri Mithilesh Kumar Pathak, learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate no.4,

who appears on behalf of Respondent/State and Sri Praful Chandra

Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of private Respondent no.7

submits that writ petition was filed in the year 2008. Thereafter the

petitioner has not approached him and, as such, in absence of proper

instruction he is not in a position to press this petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
