further adjournment shall be granted in this matter. The show

cause as required by order dated 23rd. September, 2010 must

be filed by the next date showing compliance with the order

dated 21-7-2010, failing which this Court will require the

presence of the District Magistrate, Munger so that the

contempt proceeding may be initiated.
