J U D G M E N T
Alleging non-compliance of the directions in the
judgment in W.P. (C) No.32581/2010, this contempt
petition is filed. In the said judgment, it was ordered that
the request of the petitioner for eligibility certificate will
be reconsidered and her request will be considered in the
light of the certificate that was issued to Miss.Sheeja
Chandipillai mentioned in paragraph 4 of the judgment.
2. It is now disclosed that on 8.12.2010, the
University has issued an eligibility certificate and the
learned standing counsel for the University submits that
certificate issued to the petitioner is similar in all
respects, as the certificate issued to Miss.Sheeja
Chandipillai.
3. If that be so, there cannot be any disobedience
of the directions in the judgment. Accordingly, the
contempt case is closed.
