                              J U D G M E N T

The only prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to

the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P1 and

P3. In case no orders have been passed on those representations,

the petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment before the

first respondent, in which case, appropriate orders in accordance

with law will be passed by the first respondent with notice to the

petitioner and the 4th respondent, within another two months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
