The relief claimed in the present petition is for a direction upon the
respondent-University to declare her result of B.A. Part III
Examination 2001.

The petitioner has not been able to explain the delay in filing the
petition and even otherwise the relevant documents may have been
weeded out by now.

The Court, therefore, declines to entertain this petition. It is,
accordingly, dismissed.
