                                  JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed mainly with the prayer to

issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to deliver the

documents pledged as security in respect of loan bearing Nos.IFS.36/98

and KFD/127/2004. When this matter is taken up today, the learned

counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has

already discharged the debt and the entire documents could be released

to the petitioner. In case the petitioner turns up for receiving the

documents, it could be released. This submission is recorded and

accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
