Addl. P.P. for the State.
Although petitioner is named in the first information report
but it is stated that he along with other FIR named accused persons
took away the deceased for attending a feast and thereafter the
deceased did not return to his home and subsequently, after two days
the dead body was recovered in several parts.
It appears from perusal of the impugned order that in course
of investigation, petitioner was arrested and he confessed his guilt.

bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of Sri S.K. Choubey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class,
Kaimur (Bhabua) in Bhabua P.S. Case no. 540 of 2009.
