It is contended that the issue involved in this writ petition is already drawing
attention of this Court in Writ Petition No.16035 of 2010 wherein counter
affidavit has been called and interim order has been passed.

The respondent may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Petitioner will
have three weeks’ thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List for admission after the expiry of the aforesaid period.

Considering the facts and circumstances, till the next date of listing the
petitioner shall not be relieved from his present place of posting in pursuance
to the transfer order dated 30.04.2010.
