Learned Counsel for the petitioner Sri Manoj Srivastava submits before
the court that his case is squarely covered by the judgment and order
passed by this court in Writ Petition Nos. 10665 of 2006 ( Dharampal
Singh Rajpoot and Others vs. State of U.P. and 13347 of 2006 (Rakesh
Kumar and others vs. State of U.P. and others) on 30.3.2009 and prays
that the benefit of the aforesaid order may also be provided to him.
Accordingly, it is directed that the benefit of the order dated 30.3.2009
passed by this court in aforesaid writ petitions shall also be available to
the present petitioners and the office while issuing certified copy of this
order shall also issue a certified copy of the Judgment and order passed
by this court in Writ Petition Nos. 10665 of 2006 ( Dharampal Singh
Rajpoot and Others vs. State of U.P. and 13347 of 2006 (Rakesh Kumar
and others vs. State of U.P. and others) on 30.3.2009.
With the above direction the writ petition is finally disposed of.
