5 23.6.2010 By an order dated 19.3.2010 carbon copy of the case diary

with respect to Vigilance P.S. Case No. 84 of 2008 (corresponding to Special

Case no. 59 of 2008) was called for from the court of Special Judge,

Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur. When the case diary was not received

then by an order dated 18.5. 2010 reminder was directed to be issued for

sending for carbon copy of the case diary. Unfortunately till date the case

diary has not been received in this court.

Learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur is

directed to comply the said order forthwith.

Let this order be communicated through fax at the cost of the

petitioner.
