As prayed, three weeks further time is granted to learned standing counsel to
file counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents.
The interim order dated 4th of June, 2010 shall remain in operation till further
orders provided the each petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.1,000/- per annum
during the pendency of the present writ petition. The first deposit shall be
made on or before 30th of August, 2010. The petitioners shall continue to
deposit the amount on or before 30th August of each year. The amount shall
be deposited with the respondent no.3. Final order in this regard shall be
passed at the time of final disposal of the writ petition.
In case of default, the stay order shall stand vacated.
