ORAL ORDER

Heard the learned Advocates. With
the Consent of parties learned Advocates, order dated
15.10.86 is set aside, as the learned Advocate for the
defendant does not press the application for production
and inspection of certain documents, particularly in view
of the fact that parties have settled the whole claim out
of the court and they wanted to produce the settlement
arrived at between them before the trial Court and to
withdraw the suit accordingly. In view of this fact, the
appeal is allowed. Order dated 15.10.86 is set aside. The
suit is ordered to be restored on file and trial court is
directed to proceed accordance with law. No order as to
costs.
