RULE.
By filing
instant application, the Applicants have prayed to direct the
registry to list Criminal Appeal No. 855 of 2003 for early hearing
on the grounds stated in the application.
At the
time of hearing of this application, Mr. Nitin M. Amin, learned
Advocate for the Applicants does not press this application and
seeks leave to withdraw this application in view of the fact that
the Applicants have undergone only four years of imprisonment as
against the sentence of imprisonment of life.
Mr.
L.B.Dabhi, learned APP for the Respondent State of Gujarat
has no objection if leave as prayed for is granted.
Hence,
leave to withdraw the application is granted. Application stands
rejected as withdrawn.
