Rule returnable on 30th September, 1994.
Heard the counsel for the parties on interim relief. The
earlier status-quo order dated 27th September, 1993, is
hereby modified. The respondents are hereby restrained
from demolishing any existing structure on Survey No.
554- 2, 3 and 4 and further restrained from demolishing
any part of the boundary wall, if any, of Jairaghuveer
Nagar Low Cost Housing Co-op. Society.
