After the
matter is heard for some time, Mr.Hakim, learned Advocate for the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a view to
file appropriate applications /proceedings challenging the order
passed below application Exh.67 in Civil Suit No.176 of 2007.
Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

In the event,
any such applications /proceedings are filed by the present
petitioner original defendant No.4, it goes without saying that
the Court will decide the same strictly in accordance with law and
without being influenced by the observations made in any of the
orders passed by the Court below on the subject.
