ORAL ORDER

In view of the fact that the learned
Sessions Judge has already fixed the sessions, it is
expected that the learned Sessions Judge will hear and
dispose of the Sessions Case as early as possible
keeping in mind thefact that the accused is in jail since
long. The learned Sessions Judge shall dispose of the
objections , if raised by the complainant on the next
date of hearing and will proceed with the trial. In
view of this direction, Mr.Lakhani does not press this
application and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
Permission granted. It stands disposed of as withdrawn.
