ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE)

1 The
respondent Nos. 3 and 4 so also respondent No. 2 the corpus are
before us. We have discussed with the corpus and she has admitted
that she got married to the petitioner-Jayantibhai Gamabhai Damor at
Ahmedabad. She states that she wanted to go and stay with her
husband – the petitioner. The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 who are the
sister and brother-in-law of the corpus. They expressed that if the
corpus wants to go and stay with the petitioner, legally they
cannot object and they would not like to continue to have any
relationship with her.

2 The
petitioner has apprehension with some assault or untoward incident
from the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in light of past episode of assault
by them which is vouched by the corpus. We have impressed upon the
respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to leave alone the petitioner and corpus
and the corpus is free to go and stay with the petitioner.

3 The
petition stands allowed to that extent. Rule is made absolute.
