1. Learned
advocate Mr. Kirtidev R. Dave for the applicant and learned
Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. K.P. Rawal for respondent No.1, are
present.
2. In
view of order dated 26.8.2011, learned Additional Public Prosecutor
made available for perusal the statement of the prosecutrix dated
21.6.2011, a copy of which has also been supplied to learned advocate
Mr. Dave for the applicant. The same is taken on record.
3. I
have gone through the averments made in the statement of the
prosecutrix.
4. Learned
advocate Mr. Dave for the applicant has fairly stated that he does
not press the application after going through the statement of the
prosecutrix and more particularly when the charge-sheet has already
been filed.
5. In
the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case,
present application is disposed of as not pressed.
