ORAL ORDER

Notice returnable on 23rd June, 1997. There
shall be the stay against the recovery of the taxes, on
the deposit of an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs, Twenty Five
thousand only) being made by the appellant/applicant
within a period of one week hereof. If the deposit is
not made, the present order shall stand vacated
automatically.
