Learned
counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition as the
same is passed against an interlocutory order and the main matter is
slated for hearing on 19th July 2010. In view of the
fact that hearing is slated on 19th July 2010, we expect
that the members of the Central Administrative Tribunal would, in all
fairness, dispose of the matter on that day.

In
view thereof, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the same
is disposed of accordingly.
