ORAL ORDER

Rule. Mr.N.D.Gohil waives service of the Rule.
Considering the averments made in the application, the
petitioner is ordered to be released on bail upto
6-5-1997 in connection with C.R.No. 101/97 registered
with Adalaj Police Station on his executing a bond of
Rs.5000/- with one surety in the lime amount and on the
condition that the petitioner shall personally remain
present before this Court on 6-5-1997. Rule is made
absolute accordingly.
