ORAL ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks
permission of this Court for withdrawal of this Special
Civil Application to raise industrial dispute, to which
the learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection.
Order accordingly. The Special Civil Application is
dismissed as withdrawn. However, withdrawal of this
Special Civil Application will not come in the way of the
petitioners to raise industrial dispute in respect of the
subject matter in this petition in accordance with law.
Rule discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted by this
Court stand vacated.
