ORAL ORDER
The matter was called out for hearing in the
first round then in the second round and lastly in the
third round, but none put appearance on behalf of the
petitioner.
The matter has been placed on a note filed by the
counsel for the respondent. The counsel for the
respondent states that similar petition challenging the
same award being Special Civil Application No.2780/92,
was also filed by one Mr. L.R. Upadhyaya which came to
be dismissed by this court on 8-7-1992. A copy of the
order of this court in Special Civil Application
No.2780/92 has been filed on the record along with the
note. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner to
controvert this fact.
In the result, this Special Civil Application
fails and the same is dismissed. Rule discharged.
Interim relief, if any, granted by this court stands
vacated.
