ORDER

The
Official Liquidator filed affidavit in reply on 11.10.2007 furnishing
incomplete data and requested for time to submit complete details and
information about payment made by the Official Liquidator to the
workers and secured creditors. However, till today, no such
information is produced on record by the Official Liquidator.

In
view of the above, the Official Liquidator is directed to produce on
record complete details and information about payment made by the
Official Liquidator to the workers and secured creditors on or before
11.11.2008, failing which, the Official Liquidator shall remain
personally present before this Court on 11.11.2008.
