This Civil Application for vacation of the
ad-interim order has been moved before this Court on 7th
May, 1997 and since then, it has been adjourned on
several occasions. Once again, learned advocate Mr.
P.R.Thakker appearing for the opponent-petitioner seeks
time with a view to filing affidavit in reply to this
application. Application is allowed to Stand Over to 15th
July, 1997 at the request of Mr. Thakker and the matter
shall proceed further on that day irrespective of the
presence of either of the advocates.
