By
way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed
by the Mamlatdar, Ahmedabad issuing directions to Talati cum Mantri,
Sola Village, Ahmedabad to remove the encroachment.

In
my view, the action taken by the respondents is just and proper.
This is an encroachment. No interference is called for. The
petition is devoid of any merits. The same is dismissed.
