In
view of the fact that it will not be proper to admit and keep the
matter pending for 10 years. Instead, ends of justice would be
served if the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit
expeditiously. Hence, the trial Court is directed to decide and
dispose of the suit within a period of 3 years from the date of
receipt of writ of this Court.

is directed to send the writ to the trial court forthwith.
