is an application for condonation of delay of 34 days caused in
preferring the appeal.
2. Heard
learned advocate Mr. Bhatt for the applicant and learned advocate

the contents of the application, we are of the view that the delay
caused in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the
application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute in
each application. No costs.
