1. Learned
advocate for the petitioner makes a statement before the Court that
the petitioner will abide by the directions issued by the Division
Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.584 of 2008 in Special Civil
Application No.5064 of 2008 with Civil Application No. 6736 of 2008
and allied matters vide order dated 25.06.2008, varied vide order
dated 27.06.2008.
Learned
advocate for the petitioner requests that the time limit, within
which the amount of fees is to be deposited with this Court, which
has expired on 30.06.2008, may suitably be extended so as to enable
the petitioner to comply with the same. The time is extended up to
07.07.2008.
2. In
view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned advocate for the
petitioner, the University is directed to allot the students to the
petitioner college.
With
these directions, the petition is disposed. Notice is discharged.
No costs.
