Learned
counsel for the petitioners produces on record letter dated 27th
June 2008 addressed by the Director, Indian System of Medicine &
Homeopathy to the President of the Government Ayurvedic College and
Teachers Association, informing that the case of the members of the
Association is under consideration. He submits that, in pursuance of
the letter dated 27th June 2008, the petitioners wrote
letter dated 1st July 2008 instructing him to withdraw the
present petition. He,therefore, prays permission to withdraw this
petition. Permission is granted.

Both the letters dated 27th June 2008 and 1st
July 2008 are ordered to be taken no record.

In
view of the above, this petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
